Long time ago this photo half the things are all but gone but the scenery was beautiful/ such a beautiful picture and also sadly missed by thousands

I'm 86yrs old, born and bred in Inverness now living in Florida retired. How well I remember that scene. On a Friday night summer time the British Legion pipe and drum band would march across that bridge on their way to the Ness Islands - what a sight.
