Does any one who worked on the Ferry Boat or frequented it, remember the actor Robertson Justice who starred in The Carry On Movies. As a young man my father worked on the boat and recalled with a smile all the stories of Robertson Justice, he became a friend of the actor, he had a house on the North Kessock side, and from time to time had "friends" over to his parties.

I don't remember him personally but my husband and I always enjoyed his performances in the many films he made.

When he sold his house on the Black Isle he bought a small Estate up in Spinningdale, this was his final home up in the Highlands. My father recalls his "naughty" sense of humour and jokes!!
